Processes payroll, provides training to associates as needed, conducts orientation and benefit classes, aids associates with questions, and assists the HR Manager in all areas. This position is non-exempt.

· Prior payroll experience or training experience
· Able to speak in front of people
· Ability to read and understand English
· Speak English clearly
· Ability to read and adhere to all policy and procedure manual
· Ability to sit for extended periods of time
· Ability to operate various types of computer equipment
· Ability to move about the facility freely
