Position Summary:
The HR Analyst position supports the HRIS Director and HR leadership by providing reliable data, metrics and analytics to support Executive decision-making.  This position maintains intricate and detailed databases and is responsible for ensuring that the data is accurate and presented in a clear, concise manner. 
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Develop and provide timely delivery of accurate reports using PeopleSoft Query tool and other reporting tools.
  • Provide analytics using Oracle’s Business Intelligence Applications, Tableau, Domo or a similar tool.
  • Consult with HR managers and other business areas regarding information needs and provide ad hoc queries and reports upon request.
  • Collaborate with users to develop, maintain and distribute custom queries.
  • Perform a broad range of data analysis and present the results in an accurate, professional, and informative manner
  • Make recommendations for action based on trends identified.
  • Compile detailed reports into summaries for executive leadership review.
  • Respond to periodic Department of Labor requests for employment and wage data
  • Compile annual/quarterly EEOC and SOX data requirements
  • Partner closely with HRIS Analysts to ensure data integrity and identify potential gaps.
  • Identify new opportunities for reporting by working closely with each HR team to understand needs.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Associates degree and/or equivalent years of experience
  • 2 or more years of applicable experience
  • PeopleSoft and PeopleSoft Query tools experience is required.  Strong analytical skills, proficient in statistical analysis with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft excel 2010.
  • At least 1 year of experience using OBIA, Tableau, Domo or similar tools
