Position Summary: The HR Analyst position supports the HRIS Director and HR leadership by providing reliable data, metrics and analytics to support Executive decision-making. This position maintains intricate and detailed databases and is responsible for ensuring that the data is accurate and presented in a clear, concise manner.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Develop and provide timely delivery of accurate reports using PeopleSoft Query tool and other reporting tools.
- Provide analytics using Oracle’s Business Intelligence Applications, Tableau, Domo or a similar tool.
- Consult with HR managers and other business areas regarding information needs and provide ad hoc queries and reports upon request.
- Collaborate with users to develop, maintain and distribute custom queries.
- Perform a broad range of data analysis and present the results in an accurate, professional, and informative manner
- Make recommendations for action based on trends identified.
- Compile detailed reports into summaries for executive leadership review.
- Respond to periodic Department of Labor requests for employment and wage data
- Compile annual/quarterly EEOC and SOX data requirements
- Partner closely with HRIS Analysts to ensure data integrity and identify potential gaps.
- Identify new opportunities for reporting by working closely with each HR team to understand needs.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Associates degree and/or equivalent years of experience
- 2 or more years of applicable experience
- PeopleSoft and PeopleSoft Query tools experience is required. Strong analytical skills, proficient in statistical analysis with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft excel 2010.
- At least 1 year of experience using OBIA, Tableau, Domo or similar tools
