The Salon and Spa Division at Belk, is looking for a career oriented individual to join our team and manage one of our company’s fastest growing AVEDA Lifestyle Salons. Ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be customer service oriented and have the ability to motivate, supervise and inspire a very talented group of stylists.
Major responsibilities include:
- People Development
- Salon Staff Recruitment
- Sales and Profit Functions
- Expense Planning and Management
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2-5 years supervisory experience in the retail, cosmetology, or cosmetic industry. Must be proficient in computer business-related software (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc), Spa Biz, and have strong analytical and reasoning skills.
